Magnolia Estimating Terms and Agreement:
Regarding Ongoing Membership Packages: By continuing with the membership subscription process and commencing membership, I agree and authorize Magnolia Estimating to charge me on a monthly basis for the selected membership at the current rate. Membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis until I request cancellation of services by emailing my request to member@magnoliaestimating.com or through my secure payment portal with Stripe. A link for the secured payment portal with our trusted partner Stripe is provided at time of membership subscription and also made available on our website and in our Member App. This payment portal allows the member to update payment sources or cancel the membership at any time.
Pertaining to services offered through membership packages and/or individual purchase: I agree that I will not duplicate, distribute or use any of the proprietary information I gain through my membership with Magnolia Estimating for any purposes other than the handling of the specific estimates and/or claim processes as intended. Magnolia Estimating LLC provides professional services to streamline estimating and claim processing for construction industry professionals. Best efforts are made to ensure the accuracy and measurements in all reports provided. Ultimately, the individual roofing contractor is responsible to ensure that they agree with all estimates provided to customers for proposed work to be completed and the accuracy of any supplemented claim documents submitted to insurance carriers. Magnolia Estimating is not liable for any losses incurred due to estimates or insurance claims prepared on the behalf of its members. If monthly membership fee declines or is returned, the member will be assessed a $25.00 return fee and membership will be frozen until the account is paid and brought current. Membership fees will not continue to accrue while frozen.
