Our roof supplementing portfolio includes initial insurance scopes, our supplement submissions with arguments and the final approved scope of work. All customer information has been redacted to preserve privacy but we kept the documents as detailed and transparent as possible. We chose to include insurance scopes drafted in various formats and unique situations. Many insurance carriers use Xactimate® to prepare insurance scopes and require roof supplement requests to be submitted in that format. We have extensive experience using Xactimate® for supplementing claims but we also have strategies and proven success in supplementing when scopes are written in other formats (such as Symbility/Corelogic®).
